ON THE COURT: The second-seeded SUNY Canton Kangaroos were upset by seventh-seeded Carlow University Celtics in three sets. SUNY Canton began strong with a 25-15 win in the first set. The Celtics came back in what was a close second set to even the match 1-1 with a 25-19 win. Carlow took their momentum into the third and final set and got out to a 10-5 lead. The Roos had several unsuccessful attempts to rally until at 10-14 they scored four straight points to tie the set at 14. The Roos ultimately fell short in their comeback attempt as Carlow finished the set 17-15 and won the match 2-1.
