ON THE COURT: In the first quarterfinal matchup at CARC, #4 SUNY Canton defeated #9 Rochester College in three straight sets (best of five), 3-0 (25-22, 25-11,25-19), to advance to the semi-finals of the 2014 USCAA Volleyball National Championship.

The Roos were led by perennial USCAA First Team All-American, Mackenzie Mynter's match high 27 assists. The senior setter also chipped in 8 digs in the three sets. SUNY Canton finished the match with a kill percentage of nearly 26 percent. 

Jessica Renolds and Caitlin Grimshaw each chipped in 11 kills for the Roos. Sophomore, outside hitter Kelsy Cornish finished with 9 kills over the three sets. 

For Carlow, Junior setter Ashley Grooms led the way with 16 assists. Teammate and fellow junior Carly Bonk finished with 13 digs.
