ON THE COURT: #5 Berea College opened up in CARC with a victory over #9 Carlow University, 2-0 (25-15, 25-14), in the best of three sets.  In a back and forth first set, the Mountaineers were able to take control early and finish strong each set..

In the second set, the Berea College began right where they left off in the first set as they jumped out to an early lead over the Celtics. Berea College would continue to have strong play from USCAA First Team All-American Simone Brown.

QUICK HITTERS:
